They expected me, as a consultant, to have all the answers and to solve their problem in the shortest possible time. But the interesting thing is that when they heard the solution from me, they were not very willing to implement it. And they often did what they wanted to do anyway.

This made me think and I decided that instead of offering solutions, I would help them find their own solutions.
